This 10-hour course provides an immersion into the concepts laid out in Robin’s seminal text, Restoring Prana: A Therapeutic Guide to Pranayama and Healing Through the Breath. Her amiable, yet scientifically-based approach will teach you basic respiratory physiology, distinguishing between functional and dysfunctional breathing patterns. The combination of Power Point lectures, animated discussions, and exploratory practices serve to provide an educational as well as embodied experience of the breath as a transformative tool for health. Robin illuminates the true meaning of pranayama according to the original yoga treatises, and offers you a road-map and tools so you can breathe well for the rest of your life!  

Unique in its orientation, this pranayama program offers critical information for yoga teachers, therapists, and health-care practitioners, particularly in this age of COVID. This workshop also acts as a pre-requisite for the upcoming Restore Your Prana Professional Certification program, which will be ready to launch through EYT in Fall 2020. CEs for both YA and IAYT available.

To view full recordings without a paid Dropbox account, you will need to download to your computer. Once you download, you should have access to the entire training.
