Post-SYTAR Summer Solstice Special Event
Join us Sunday, after the conference, to embody the practices of yoga and nourish yourself with the gift of Ayurveda. This invitation only event is co-hosted by Robin and her daughter, Chef Ry, at Ry’s Table, located in her private outdoor kitchen garden sanctuary in the heart of Atlanta. Robin will guide a Summer Solstice celebratory practice that will help to integrate and ground you after the conference. Ry will provide a sumptuous Ayurvedic lunch inspired by pitta season with fresh produce grown directly from the garden. Lunch will be followed by a lesson in herbal infusion to learn the medicinal properties of certain plants that can help soothe and cool during the summer heat. Take home your very own Pitta Tea! We’ll meet at 9:15 in the lobby of the hotel and Uber/Lyft over to Ry’s Table, a short 15 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Airport, plan accordingly.
