In our everyday asana practice the body gets lots of attention, while the breath, mind, and heart are often neglected. Not so with this series! Each week’s set of three practices will take you deeply inward on a journey of self-discovery. Starting with week one, you’ll explore vitality and breath (Pranamaya). Week two you’ll navigate the mine-field of the mind, cultivating focus, presence and equanimity (Manomaya). Week three will take you deeper into the emotions, as you work with practices to develop resiliency and faith. The fourth week will be a journey into Spirit, a revival of Joy. Robin provides a philosophical framework for each practice and pranayama, mantra, mudra, and meditation are woven throughout. Asana is used as a vehicle to enhance and embody the teachings as if to imprint them on the very cells of your being.

Teachers can apply this course towards 12 hours of YACEP credits.

After making your purchase, you will receive a word document containing a link to Robin’s Dropbox folder. If you have any difficulty accessing your download, please e-mail Gina at ginamanso51@gmail.com

Testimonials:

“Robin is a Weaver who braids deep body knowledge, applicable breath practices, and the workings of the mind into each session. It was a surprise that even virtually, I could feel the weaver's loom emanating compassion from the heart while bringing the ancient teachings forward to Now.  Who knew that the virtual experience could be so rich and all encompassing?"  - Daphne F., RYT500

“Robin’s Panchamaya series was a deep and rich experience - as well as a delight.  Her extensive knowledge in all facets of yoga is inspiring. I awoke with excitement and anticipation every day. This series has given me an abundance of new approaches and information.  What I learned from Robin has become part of my own sadhana, and added depth to my teaching.” - Deborah R., RYT500
